Aadhar Card Online: Update your Aadhaar online


Aadhaar card online project in India is accelerating the pace now. After covering the southern states of India, the project is now heading to the northern part of India. Government is very serious about this and will do that the main agenda of the next election so we can see more and more services that allow Aadhaar card and many special features to be added to subscribers.


If you had requested Aadhaar but accidentally entered incorrect data or want to change some details of his identity which should follow the following procedure. There are two options I will discuss here the only online method you can find a way to update data offline Aadhaar here.

1) Click this link to go to the page where you can fill the data to update.

2) After you reach the page, type your Aadhaar number in the box and click the Send button OTP.

3) After they had introduced their Aadhaar number, the system will prompt the mobile phone number you registered when requested Aadhar UIDAI. Enter your mobile number and click the send button OTP. Now, the system will generate the OTP (One Time Password). This OTP will be sent to your mobile. If you enter the wrong mobile number you will be prompted again to enter the mobile number. Make sure your phone the same number that was recorded during the application for it.

4) You will receive SMS on your mobile from UIDAI gives the OTP generated. Enter the prosecution in the given field and click Login. Make sure you entered the Prosecutor within 15 minutes of the generation, as their validity of only 15 minutes. It will not work if you enter after 15 minutes then you have to generate new OTP. If you do not receive OTP, for any reason that best apply offline for updating your details.

5) After loging in go to the field to update and check mark and click submit button.

6) You will be redirected to the new page, you can update or change your information there and click "send update request.

7) next page will ask you to review your data, if you are satisfied with the new details you can click the button or you can proceed to edit the details again if you see any change in them.

8) You will now be taken to "Update Confirmation request and document Upload" page. The page will ask for documents as proof of your new details. You have to upload the scanned copy of the documents indicating their current data to UIDAI may verify your documents. If you have not scanned copy can also send documents by post method. 9) You are now doing the next page will show "Your update request has been submitted to date. Their update request number (URN) is 0000/00111/0XXXX" where xxxx is a number. The same message will be delivered to you on the phone. You must save URN. This is used to check the status of the update or verification. Alongside this will be allowed to download a PDF file that you can save to your hard drive or you can get an impression of it.

10) Do not forget to log off after completing the application.
