However, the cancellation charges will be worked at the rate of collection of the amount of notes and redemption fees will be collected unless cancellation fee. In addition, the cancellation charges apply only to final rate.

What are the rules and procedure for cancellation of APSRTC Bus Reservation tickets
APSRTC Reserved tickets can be canceled in APSRTC counter, Kempa Gowda Bus Stand, Bangalore.
Only costs are deducted from the reserve in the surrender of tickets more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the bus.
10% of the fare + Reservation charges will be deducted in the delivery of tickets from 48 hours to 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the bus.
25% of the fare + Reservation charges will be deducted on delivery of tickets 24 hours before and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure of the bus.
50% of the fare + Reservation charges will be deducted in the delivery of tickets at 2 hrs upto scheduled departure of the bus.
75% of the fare + Reservation charges will be deducted in the delivery of the tickets until 1 hr after the scheduled departure of the bus.
No refund after 1 hour after the scheduled departure time of the bus.
