About: DDA commenced its housing activities in 1967 and has played a crucial role in the delivery of more than one million homes for the people of Delhi. DDA has been constructing houses in Delhi according to the capacity of the different strata of society and purchasing requirements.

Here are the main details of DDA Housing Scheme in September 2014:


  • Application form - Fee Rs.150 (Forms available from September 1 to September 6) 
  • Scheme launched in September - 1st 
  • List of banks where you can submit the application form are - Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI, PNB, Syndicate Bank, IndusInd Bank, Union Bank of India, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, Bank of the Corporation and the Reserve Bank of India. You may apply at any of the branches of these banks. 
  • if you own a small stake in a joint property in Delhi, you would not be eligible to apply for a flat in Delhi Development Authority (DDA) latest housing scheme 2014. 
  • Last Date for submission of registration forms or - 9 October 
  • Draw Results on October 30 
  • Registration Fee: Rs.1 Lac for general Rs.10000 by EWS, (Presented at the time of sending the application form) 
  • 811 antique floors above housing plan 
  • 24,223 new homes including 700 EWS Flats 
  • Total Floors Number - 25034

While most homes are in Rohini, Narela and Dwarka, many homes are located in Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Mukherjee Nagar, Motia Khan and Kalyan Vihar.

The scheme will be open until October 9 Any Indian citizen, who does not own a property in Delhi, individually or jointly, you are allowed to apply for an apartment.

It is expected that the draw of lots for the scheme to be held between 25 and 31 October and promises to deliver all DDA flats by March 2015 drawing will be conducted by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C -DAC), which had held the draw for the DDA housing scheme 2010 as well.
