Complete Ph.D in Commerce or Finance or Accounting or Chartered Accountant.
* For Adviser in Economics:
Complete Ph.D in Economics or Statistics.

Complete Ph.D in Competition Law
* For Director in Law and Joint Director in Law:
Complete Ph.D in Competition Law from recognised university.
* For Joint Director in Economics :
Complete Ph.D Degree in Economics or Statistics or Equivalent from a recognised university.
* For Deputy Director in Law :
Complete Graduation in Law with 3 years of experience in same wotk.
* For Deputy Director in Financial Analysis :
Complete Master's Degree in Commerce or master's Degree in Business Accounting and Finance.
Pay Scale:
* For Posts 1 to 6: Rs.37,400/- to Rs.67,000/- per month.
* For Posts 7 to 9: Rs.15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- per month.
* For Posts 10 to 12: Rs 9,300/- to Rs.34,800/- per month
