Job Description:
The key job responsibilities include the following:
• Researching claims
• Analyzing information
• Determining actions to be taken next
• Calling insurance providers to get more information
• Verifying payments by comparing them against contracts
• Advising clients on next steps
• Resolving claims
• Analyzing work and finding trends that can help clients re engineer processes
1 to 4 years of Experience
Salary Negotiable – Experience from US Healthcare A/R claims follow up process( Provider’s Side)


The key skills required:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Willing to work in night shifts (fixed shifts with Saturday and Sunday offs)
• Cab facility available (Pick & Drop)
• CTC Range:
• 2.36LPA (15k plus performance incentives upto 3k) to 3.5LPA (23k plus performance incentives upto 3k)
• Work Window: 4pm to 5am (Any Fixed Shift from the following 4pm to 1am/6pm to 3pm/8pm to 5am)
