• Assist the P&L head for the University in managing the student support for the Online Programs initiative of Tamil Nadu Open University
• Managing Delivery operations
• Managing admission processes (document reconciliation, payment reconciliation, coordinating student deliverables)
• Establish cordial and effective working relationships within University (academic faculty members) as well as support teams of Schoolgur
