How to Monetize The YouTube Viontain That Contains Someone Else's Music
Youtube has some guidelines for videos eligible for monitization.For example if we have recorded the video of the crowd at any music events such video clips cannot be monetized in you-tube because we do not have rights to the audio, Similarly if we have created the Photo slideshow using any music which is purchased from iTunes this video also not monetizable as we have won the photographs but we do not have the commercial rights for the audio.

There are some steps involved.
Step 1 : Inside You-tube go to the Video manager and select the "Unclaimed" videos from the drop down.We can also visit the link to directly view all uploaded videos that are pending for Monetization.
Step 2 : If the icon is in gray color it indicates that the video is non-monetized. If it is an audio issue, Then the fix is simple. We can replace the background music with another song that can be monetized. To set the background song click the “Edit” button and select “Audio” from the drop-down.
Step 3 : On the next screen, From the YouTube audio library choose any song that is listed as “ad-free and eligible for monetization” and Drop the audio so that it will occupies the entire video. Finally Click the Save button to replace the original music in your video with the selected song.
As YouTube may take some time to mix the new track with the existing video we are not done yet.If Once this is done, go back to the YouTube video manager and choose the Edit option. Then Switch to the Monetization tab and select Usage Policy. Finally Save the changes and you can now monetize that video just like your other YouTube videos.
The only limitation for You-tube upload is we can only choose from the available track inside the YouTube audio library, We cannot upload our own music or voice for the video's.
