How to Work on Google Chrome Offline with out connecting to the Internet
When we open any page in google chrome it will be connecting to the internet and fetches the latest version and displays it on the screen.The chrome will display an error message with dinosaur when it is in offline by displaying the image saying it is unable to connect to the internet.
Both Internet Explorer and Firefox having an offline mode that saves a copy of web pages automatically as we browse the Internet and displays this local copy when we are not connected to the Internet. If we are in offline, the Chrome browser will give an option to load the “stale copy” if the page you are trying to access is available in the local cache.
The Google Chrome will catch the HTML content, images, JavaScript and the CSS style sheets associated with a page so the copy of offline should not look different from the original. If there are some resources that requires an active Internet connection, like JavaScript widgets or videos, they are replaced with placeholder images.
In order to test the features, open any page inside the Chrome, and turn off the Wi-Fi connection or disconnect the Ethernet cable, and then restart the browser. If the offline mode is in enable state, the cached version would show up on the screen.
