• Now you select default setting as Not Configured and bandwidth is 0% and in gry. Windows still reserves total bandwidth of 20% of available . 

• Now you have to Enable it from Default.  Then set bandwidth to 0% and apply and click OK.

• Last you need to Reset your computer until 100% of total bandwidth. Now you can observe that your internet speed is improved little.
